Six resistance levels for any user and a wide range of functional exercise movements, from strength conditioning, Pilates, and physical therapy. The lighter resistances are useful for rehab or gentle stretching. At the same time, the heavier options provide a muscle/movement challenge to any athlete.

Which option works best for you?
Extra Light - Rehabilitation and those who have little or no exercise activity.
Light - Those with some exercise activity and rehabilitation. Starting resistance level for most beginners.
Medium - Those who exercise regularly. Starting resistance level for most intermediate users.
Heavy - Intermediate to advanced exercises. Good for training larger muscle groups.
Extra Heavy - Highly advanced exercisers who have mastered form and technique.
Ultra Heavy - Trained athletes and extremely advanced exercisers who require a higher resistance.
